Terms of sale and license

1. Seller

Code Boop (Jan Bostrom, self-employed), Triq San Xmun, XLN 1300 Munxar, Malta. Email: info@codeboop.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; with Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the seller of record for the payment.

2. Free trial

Each app can be used free of charge for its first 5 uses (exports, downloads or posts). The trial has no time limit.

3. License

When you buy a license you get a permanent, non-transferable right to use the app on one computer, including free updates of the version you bought. Buy one license for each computer. You may not resell, rent or redistribute the app or its serial numbers.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are one-time payments and include VAT or sales tax where applicable. You pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card on Stripe's secure page. The app unlocks automatically after payment and you receive your serial numbers.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy: full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

6. Your responsibility

Use the apps only with material you have the right to use. AI Youtube Search & Download is intended for public-domain films, films under a free licence and videos you otherwise have the right to copy. Respect the terms of the sites you use.

7. Online services

Some features use third-party online services with your own account or key. Their availability, prices and terms are set by those services.

8. Liability

The apps are provided as they are. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid, as far as the law allows. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Law

The law of Malta applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law of the country where they live.
